What Is Podcasting?

A podcast is a special feed which will automatically download new audio or Video recordings to your computer as they become available. These recordings can then be placed on your iPod or other portable music player to listen to anytime. If you do not have a portable music player, you can also use your computer to listen to our latest podcast.
